An angle roll – also called a section bender, ring roller, or pyramid rolling machine – forms pipe, tube, angle iron, flat bar, and structural profiles into large-radius curves, rings, and spirals by passing the material through three driven rolls. It is the machine of choice for handrails, tank rings, flanges, canopy frames, and any part too large in radius for a rotary draw bender.

Ercolina offers seven angle roll models from the single-phase CE35 to the 4″ capacityCE100H3-RLI. Every machine ships with a universal tooling set, forged, precision-ground roll shafts, and three driven rolls – and every machine works in vertical or horizontal position.

Professional Series machines (CE40 through CE100H3-RLI) feature inline direct-drive shaft systems and, on hydraulic models, programmable touchpad controls.
Erco-Tech Direct Series machines (CE35) deliver the same forged-shaft build quality in an economical, single-phase package sold factory-direct.
