The Ercocut line of CNC plasma and laser cutting machines cut round pipe, square and rectangular tube, and open profiles with production-level speed and accuracy.
If you cut, cope, or notch pipe and tube by hand, the Ercocut line will change how your shop works. These CNC plasma and laser cutting machines process round pipe from 3/4″ up to 8-5/8″ diameter, square and rectangular tube, angle, C-channel, and flat bar – in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper – on bars up to 24.5 feet long. Copes, saddle cuts, miters, hole patterns, slots, tube notching, and weld-ready bevels to ±45° are all produced in a single automated cycle. Import your part straight from SolidWorks, Tekla, SDS2, AutoCAD, or any CAD system (DXF, DWG, STEP, and IGES files), and the software builds an optimized cut path with automatic nesting to get the most parts out of every bar. Self-centering chucks grip the material at both ends to eliminate vibration, automatic supports adjust to the programmed part so long bars never sag, and brushless servo motors with absolute encoders deliver cutting speeds up to 196 feet per minute – with no re-homing after a shutdown. What used to take hours of layout, band-saw work, hand torching, and grinding comes off the machine in minutes, ready to weld.
Choose plasma or fiber laser – both built in Italy, both supported in the USA. The Ercocut EC220PHT CNC plasma cutter ships with a genuine Hypertherm Powermax85 power source and full 8-inch pipe pass-through, making it the workhorse choice for structural steel, handrail and guardrail fabrication, trailer and equipment manufacturing, and mechanical piping. The Ercocut EC245L CNC fiber laser cutter pairs a 3 kW fiber laser source with an autofocus cutting head for clean, burr-minimal edges on tube and profile work where precision matters – ornamental and architectural metalwork, furniture frames, shelving and racks, and automotive, agricultural, and hydraulic components, from full production runs down to prototypes and short runs with fast program changes at the control. Every Ercocut machine is manufactured by CML International in Italy and sold, installed, and serviced by Ercolina’s factory-trained team in Davenport, Iowa – with spare parts, application support, and equipment financing that puts true CNC tube and pipe profile cutting within reach of shops that assumed this technology was out of their budget. Send us a drawing, and we’ll show you your own parts cut on an Ercocut.
