Ercolina’s Ercocut EC245L fiber laser provides highly accurate cutting in a variety of tubes and profiles, greatly improving workflow and reducing finish operations.

Ideal for cut off, slotting, saddle cuts, hole patterns, tube notching and more. Quickly produce quality, consistent cuts while reducing labor cost, improving job turnaround time and eliminating secondary fabricating operations.

The 3 kW fiber laser cuts round, square and rectangular tube, angle, channel and flat bar in steel, stainless and aluminum – up to 8-5/8 inch round and 24.5 feet standard length. CNC control positions material and controls all movement throughout the cutting cycle. Software optimizes the cut path for the most efficient cutting, and digital servos maintain and remember axis position.

The operator interface is easy to learn and very user-friendly. Touch screen control allows the operator to move all axes, control speed and start or stop the job when needed. Screen displays current G-Code allowing operator to monitor program. Emergency stop conveniently located for operator safety. Included software allows the operator to create the desired cut and preview the torch path in simulation to minimize scrap before cutting.

Compatible with most CAD software: SolidWorks, Tekla, SDS2, AutoCAD and Pro/Engineer.
