Why Choose Programmable Bend-Angle Control?
For handrails, frames and repeat fabrication, the TB60-TC lets you recall a saved bend program rather than reset each angle from scratch. The touchscreen displays bend angle, springback and speed settings. Automatic stopping at the programmed angle and electronic counterbending-die position monitoring support a consistent setup.
- Stored jobs: unlimited program storage supports repeat batches and job recall.
- Springback compensation: adjust the programmed bend for the stock’s measured recovery; confirm the result with a test bend.
- Controlled bend speed: angle-by-angle settings and automatic speed adjustment support the bending cycle.
- Electromechanical drive: no hydraulic components in the TB60-TC bending system.
- Tooling choices: quick-change tooling and multiple radii allow the setup to match the application.
Is the TB60-TC an NC Bender or a Full CNC Bender?
The TB60-TC provides programmable bend-angle control for non-mandrel rotary draw bending. It does not automatically feed and rotate the stock between bends as a full multi-axis CNC bender does. The operator loads and repositions the part; the optional A40-P two-axis positioner can assist with multiple and sequential bends.
For thin-wall material, tight radii or strict ovality requirements, ask whether mandrel support is needed. For automatic length, rotation and bending on production parts, request a review of Ercolina’s full CNC options.
Compare the TB60-TC With the Baileigh RDB-250
Compare material and wall capacity, centerline radius, program storage, tooling, stock handling, support and the complete delivered package. Published maximum diameter alone does not establish equivalent finished-bend performance.
