Ercolina’s Ercocut EC245L CNC Laser Cutter provides highly accurate cutting in a variety of tubes and profiles, greatly improving workflow and reducing finish operations. CNC control ensures precise material positioning and smooth movement throughout the cutting cycle.

Software optimizes cutting process for the most efficient cutting. Digital servos maintain and remember axis position. Fourth CNC controlled axis automated beveling operations. Sturdy base design supports pipe to 8.625 inches. Construction philosophy is based on a modular structure that allows for compact working lengths of up to 39.37 feet, adapting to each customer’s production requirements without sacrificing mechanical rigidity and dimensional accuracy.

• Allowed profiles: circular, rectangular, square, L-shaped, C-shaped, H-shaped, and all profiles within Ø 240 mm.
• Bar length from 3,000 mm up to 12,000 mm (modular configuration).
• Automatic discharge length to 700 mm.
• Maximum automatic drain diameter of 100 mm.
• Semi-automatic unloading length up to 3,000 mm (Modular with 3,000 mm steps optional).
• Cutting head has automatic focus (autofocus).
• Fiber optics laser source – high energy efficiency and low maintenance.

• X-axis – transmission: rack and pinion with recirculating ball guides.
• Rack – precision class: Grade Q6, hardened, fully ground.
• Y-axis – transmission: ball screw with ball guides.
