Ercolina Super Bender SB48 Programmable Rotary Draw Tube Bender

Produce repeatable rotary draw bends in tube, pipe, square tube, solids and profiles—with no hydraulic components.

The Ercolina SB48 combines programmable bend-angle control with a compact, portable design. Its touchscreen, electronic counterbending-die monitoring and springback compensation help operators repeat bends while reducing manual setup decisions.

Can the SB48 bend 2-inch tube?
Yes, within the published material assumptions. Wall thickness, alloy and bend radius must be reviewed.

Is the SB48 hydraulic?
No. The SB48 has no hydraulic components.

Can it produce repeat parts?
Yes. Programmable angle control, springback compensation and electronic die-position monitoring support repeatability. The A40-P positioner can support multi-bend parts.
