Ercolina HB60 Hydraulic Rotary Draw Tube and Pipe Bender
Bend up to 2-inch mild-steel tube and 1-1/2-inch Schedule 40 pipe with a compact, powerful hydraulic rotary draw bender.
The Ercolina HB60 Hot Shot is designed for fabricators that need consistent, repeatable bends without ratcheting or repositioning. Its hybrid hydraulic gear-driven action completes bends from 0 to 180 degrees, while the degree wheel and automatic stop help operators reproduce bend angles.
Choose the HB60-M2 for 120V single-phase power or the HB60-T for 480V three-phase power. CML USA supports applications with tooling recommendations, demonstrations, parts, service and operator assistance.
Will the HB60 bend your part?
Send the material, outside diameter, wall thickness, centerline radius, bend angle and production quantity for a capacity and tooling review.

Why choose the HB60?
- Continuous rotary draw action without ratcheting
- Repeatable automatic angle stop
- Swing-away counterbending die vise
- Quick-change Ercolina tooling
- Compact footprint with swiveling bend head
- 120V option for shops without three-phase power
Applications and tooling
Typical work includes handrails, frames, furniture, automotive components, hydraulic tubing, exhaust, maintenance fabrication and repeat parts. Tooling must match the material, OD, wall and radius. Available options include bend tooling, counterbending dies, extraction equipment for square tube and the A40-P positioner.
Frequently asked questions
Can it bend Schedule 40 pipe?
Yes. Published maximum pipe capacity is 1-1/2-inch Schedule 40 under the catalog’s material assumptions.
Does it require three-phase power?
No. The HB60-M2 uses 120V single-phase power; the HB60-T uses 480V three-phase.
Is it a mandrel bender?
The standard HB60 is a non-mandrel rotary draw bender. Very thin walls, tight radii or strict ovality limits may require another solution.
How is tooling selected?
Provide material, OD, wall, CLR, bend angle and a drawing so CML USA can confirm the machine and tooling.
