Ercolina 48 Plus vs. Baileigh RDB-150
These machines take different approaches. The Baileigh RDB-150 is a 110V hydraulic rotary draw bender with a larger published maximum tube and pipe capacity. The Ercolina 48 Plus is a 220V electromechanical bender focused on stored angle control, visible springback compensation, quick-change tooling and compact operation without hydraulic components.

The RDB-150’s larger headline capacity is a legitimate advantage when the application requires it. For material within the 48 Plus range, buyers should also compare bend quality, centerline radius, springback workflow, tooling changes, floor space, maintenance preferences and how easily operators can repeat the finished part.
