Ercolina’s portable manual model 083 Medi Bender is ideal for all fabricators and contractors with job site bending applications.

Ercolina’s affordable tube benders and fabricating machines are designed to reliably and accurately produce your bending applications. As a result, our machines will increase profit, as well as improve product quality and finish.

• Mild steel tube capacity 1-1/4″ – .065 wall
• Pipe capacity 1″ Sch. 5
• Maximum CLR 6-7/8″
• Bend to CLR as small as 2D depending on material and wall thickness
• Bend round or square material
• Bend angles to 180°, degree wheel for repeatable bending angles

• Quick-change tooling system with multiple radii available
• Adapts to hand drill for quicker operation
• Tripod base for on-site bending (optional)
• All capacities based on mild grade materials; heavy wall and high tensile materials reduce machine capacity. Consult supplier for material specifications.
