CAP RAIL TOOLING

CENTER FORMER REINFORCEMENT KIT
Available and interchangeable for all round tube or pipe center formers up to 7.5″ radius (R190).
Increases the rigidity of standard rotary draw tooling. Recommended for use when bending heavy wall material or solid bar stock.

Required when bending radii 225mm and larger.

ROLLER COUNTERBENDING DIES
Available for round and square profiles, roller dies are recommended when bending high tensile materials, solids, heavy wall profiles and rusted material.

Note: Roller dies must be positioned a minimum of 2½” from face of center former; failure to do so will cause machine damage. Not suitable for bends beyond 130°.

ROTARY DRAW TIE BAR ACCESSORY
For use on 030 Mega Bender®, TB60, SB48 and 48 Plus. Tie bar accessory should always be used when bending heavy wall profiles and solid materials.

Ercolina® is changing the mount of all counterbending dies to the drop-in, dovetail mount. The counterbending die adapter plate is a high quality, machined, aluminum bracket which enables users to quickly interchange between both mounting styles of counterbending dies.
